Can i exchange or refund?

Yes, we want our customers to love and be happy with what they have brought from us. We understand that buying clothes online is convenient, however it doesn’t give you the chance to try the product on. In these instances we will offer a 14 day return or exchange on full priced items.

  • On sale items you will not be able to exchange or refund.
  • All items being returned must be in the original condition with tags still attached.
  • If the product is for any reason out of stock, due to counting errors we apologise and will notify you. If we cannot re-order the product you have the option to exchange for another product or receive a refund.

Faulty Items:

All items are inspected and checked before packaged, however in the event that the product has arrived with a fault you will be entitled to a refund. If the product has a fault you will need to email us a description to obsession.clothing@outlook.com within the first 7 days. The faulty product must be in their original condition with the tags still attached.

How to return or exchange an item:

Please complete the returns form enclosed in your parcel. We need the information on the form to process the return.
